Niedawno w HMV widziałam "A Version..." za 8 funtów. Jeszcze trochę, a może zejdzie poniżej 5 - wtedy kupię.
A żeby nie zaczynać nowego tematu...
Większość już pewnie słyszała, że w tym roku szykują się nowe ksążki o manics:

Ale chyba nie ma co liczyć, że któraś z nich okaże się jakąś rewelacją. Zobaczymy.

Ciekawe, że na polskich stronach o tym napisali.
Tylko dlaczego ktoś znowu użył sformułowania "w dzielnicy Seven Bridge"?  No i tytuł pierwszej płyty też mogliby napisać poprawnie... |

Faber has acquired two books by Manic Street Preachers' bassist and lyricist Nicky Wire.
Editorial director Lee Brackstone bought world rights to the two titles through Robin Turner on behalf of Hall or Nothing management company.
The first book, Death of the Polaroid: A Manics Family Album, will showcase photographs taken by Wire of the band over the last 20 years, following their progress from debut album Generation Terrorists via The Holy Bible and 2010's Postcards from a Young Man. Text by Wire will accompany the Polaroids, which have been whittled down from more than 1,000 snaps.
According to the publisher, "Death of The Polaroid promises to be a rich, visual biography of one of the most loved and iconoclastic British bands of the past two decades".
Faber plans to publish in November 2011. Details about the second book are still to be decided.
